Des Ruptures is a self-published novel, the first novel by French (southern!) author Victoria Bonus. A moving novel, a favorite of Elle.fr. A book that I really liked and which is unanimously praised by the bookstagram.

Victoria Bonus masterfully described what some mothers experience, the tumultuous mother-teen relationships. The consequences of a separation on older adolescents.

Hold on tight because your heart may experience a roller coaster ride! Ruptures are raw emotions, page after page. Without being at all a feel good novel, surprisingly, this novel feels good. Much good.
